Voice lessons (adults)

Singing improves respiratory and cardiac function. Singing is aerobic in that it is a form of exercise that improves the efficiency of the body's cardiovascular system, with related benefits to overall health.

Singing reduces stress and improves airflow in the upper respiratory tract, which lessens opportunity for bacteria to flourish by keeping the airways open. Singing counters the symptoms of cold and flu.

Singing has five basic benefits:

singing lessons for children

Singing strengthens kid's lips and tongues, which encourages clear speaking. Singing expands their vocabulary and teaches them about creative language, rhythm and rhyme. During these lessons, children learn to be creative, confident and expressive through singing.
